Perfect Release

One of my favorite chapters in my ebook, ‘The Power of Release,’ is entitled ‘Perfect Release.’ And considering the feedback I’ve gotten from this particular chapter, it’a a crowd favorite, too. Here’s just one reference to that chapter from Victoria Silva. Victoria is the creator of feminineliving.com, and she shared this with me:

“One chapter in particular rang so true for me – the chapter on Releasing Perfection. Now I can see with clarity how my need for perfection has kept me stuck in so many areas of my life…but NO MORE. I released my need to be perfect after reading this chapter, and I feel like a BIG trash bag has been lifted from my once heavy shoulders. This is a MUST READ for anyone wanting to move forward in their lives.”

I really appreciate Victoria’s response to this chapter, because it was just the response I was envisioning as I wrote it. Let me share a brief excerpt from the chapter below.

———————————————————–

You must release perfection.

If you find yourself always longing for your envisioned concept of perfection, you must release that concept before you can really begin to live.

Perfection is the enemy of good enough. Waiting for perfection – the perfect relationship, the perfect house, the perfect situation – is robbing you of joy and time and satisfaction.

Perfection is robbing you of your life.

Because, what is life, except how you spend your minutes, hours, and days? And, if you are spending an inordinate amount of that time lamenting that your life isn’t perfect or that you aren’t perfect, you are wasting a life that, while not perfect, could very well be spectacular.

So, forget “perfection” – instead, celebrate “spectacular.”

———————————————————–

That unattainable concept of perfection gives us a warped sense of how our lives should be. We hold ourselves to a standard that is unachievable – a standard that keeps us frustrated and depressed. And it doesn’t just affect the way we feel, it affects what we accomplish. And it also affects our relationships, as we hold people to a standard that they can never live up to.

It’s all in the ‘Perfect Release’ chapter in ‘The Power of Release.’

In a few days, I’ll share another bit of information from my amazing compilation ebook, ‘Masters of Release.’ I haven’t decided which of the 10 Release Masters will be featured next (I’ve already covered Pat O’Bryan’s chapter in a previous post), but whatever I share from that book is guaranteed to be choice, life enhancing material. Each time I read it, I learn something new – something that enhances my ability to release the stuff that gets in the way of my progress.

So, be on the lookout for that post, and, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email me – buz@viralhappiness.com .

Pat O’Bryan, Unframing, and Masters of Release

You’ve probably seen someone spread their hands in front of their face with their thumbs together to “frame” a shot for a film. It helps them to see what the camera would see. In the same way, our lives are governed by the “frames” we use to see the world.

So, if you see your world through a particular frame that does not serve you, your only choice is to break that frame. You’ve got to “unframe.” And Pat O’Bryan teaches you to unframe in ‘Masters of Release.’

You may already know Pat’s story. He was a broke blues guitar player just a few years ago. Now he’s an internet star, a best-selling author, and a marketing guru. And he started his journey to stardom and success by unframing. Or, in his own words from ‘Masters of Release:’

For example, I used to say, “I’m a blues guitar player.” So I did what blues guitars players do, and I thought like a blues guitar player, and I had limitations that were consistent with my belief that I was a blues guitar player.

However – I’m not a blues guitar player any more than I’m a lover of freedom and a lover of good Mexican food and a lover of fine wine and a person who reads books and a father from a small East-Texas town…and so on and so on.

Those all accurately describe beliefs and conditioning that I have embraced and acted on, but they’re not me. And your beliefs and conditioning are not you.

Pat goes on to tell exactly how he stumbled across unframing and how he used it to change his life. His story continues...

My frame
(broke blues guitarist) was tiny, and the boundaries were restricting. So I broke it.

At the time, I knew what I was trying to do was impossible – but it wasn’t any more impossible than trying to live on what I was making as a guitar player, so I just went ahead and did it.

I rejected all of my beliefs, all of my boundaries, and demolished my frame. Since what I had wasn’t working, I got rid of it.

That’s just a taste of what Pat tells you in his chapter of my book. His teaching about unframing has meant so much in my own life, that I placed his chapter last in my book. I wanted to end the book with a bang, and I chose Pat’s chapter for that place of honor.

I’m convinced that mastering this one concept can change your life.

But there are nine more dynamic chapters from nine more dynamic authors, teachers, and coaches in ‘Masters of Release.’ And there are tons of truths, tips, and techniques in that ebook and in the companion ebook, ‘The Power of Release.’ That’s why I am so comfortable in saying that the material in ‘Mastering Your Power of Release‘ will change your life.

And “unframing” is just one of these powerful strategies that can take you from being stuck to being successful.

What’s Inside Masters of Release

In my last post, I promised a peek inside my new ebook, ‘Masters of Release.‘ I thought I’d start by sharing the table of contents. It’s been a thrill to me to put these great thinkers, coaches, and writers together into one book. Each takes a different approach to “release,” but each approach is valid and effective. Some write about “everyday” releases like self-forgiveness. Others take a more esoteric approach. And that diversity is what makes this book so powerful. There are approaches to appeal to all.

Masters of Release
Table of Contents

Introduction

Chapter 1 – Amy Scott Grant – Improve the Process

Chapter 2 – Colin Joss – The Power of Forgetting

Chapter 3 – Angela Treat Lyon – Shift Your Limiting Thoughts Now

Chapter 4 – Susan Denham – Who’s Your YaYa Guru?

Chapter 5 – Dr. Joe Vitale – The World’s Most Unusual Therapist

Chapter 6 – Suzanne Burns – From Divine Inspiration to Product Creation

Chapter 7 – Pat Hicks – The Healing Magic of Self-Forgiveness

Chapter 8 – Amanda Goldston – Like Father, Like Son

Chapter 9 – Mandy Evans – A Personal Declaration of Independence

Cahpter 10 – Pat O’Bryan – UnFraming

A Personal Note From Buz

—————————————–

The book begins with Amy Scott Grant discussing ‘Fluent Communication,” a powerful tool that she uses in her coaching practice to help her clients unload heaps of disempowering beliefs. Next, Colin Joss presents a great explanation of how we can achieve our desires by “forgetting.” That’s followed by Angela Treat Lyon’s chapter, which you will just have to read to appreciate. Angela’s approach is energy-packed and effective. Susan Denham follows with a sweet and gentle chapter about rediscovering that child who lives in each of us. Dr. Joe Vitale anchors the book (that’s why I put him right in the center) and tells about discovering a Hawaiian therapist whose teaching has had an amazing effect on Dr. Vitale and, subsequently, the world. Chapter 6 presents Suzanne Burns who talks about inspiration and how it leads to product creation. Also in this chapter, she introduces the “erasure technique” of releasing and getting clear – a very dynamic and simple tool. Pat Hicks is next with a very personal, moving, and powerful story about the cathartic healing of self-forgiveness. Amanda Goldston follows and gives insight into those “curses” that seem to plague particular families through generations, and then she tells you how to eradicate these problems with generational clearing. The next chapter presents Mandy Evans, a veritable star in coaching circles. She tells a deeply personal tale about finding the strength to write her own “Personal Declaration of Independence.” This is information that you can use to write your own “Declaration.” And then my friend and mentor, Pat O’Bryan, shares his experience with “UnFraming,” the tool that began his transformation from “broke blues guitarist” to “successful internet marketer.” Wow!

I learned so much acquiring this material and putting it together, and I introduce each chapter and tell why I chose each writer and why each is special to me. This truly is information that you can use to improve your approach to life (personal and professional), quickly and easily.

In future posts, I’ll share some of that information from ‘Masters of Release‘ and from ‘The Power of Release.’ You’ll get a taste of the truths, tips, and techniques that you can use to change your life.

Happiness always,
Buz

Mastering Your Power of Release

The Power of ReleaseMasters of Release
Being blessed enough to get one busy internet superstar to offer material for a personal development project is a good thing. Getting TEN of them on-board for a project is an AMAZING thing. And, thankfully, that’s what I’ve been able to accomplish in “Mastering Your Power of Release.”

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing some wisdom (right here on the blog) from Dr. Joe Vitale, Pat O’Bryan, Mandy Evans, and a host of other self-development experts, internet stars, and life-enhancing coaches. This info is from a project that I’ve been working on for the past few months – a project launching on Tuesday, March 11th.

Mastering Your Power of Release” has been a true labor of love for those contributors and for me as the guy who put it all together. It’s packed with truths, tips, and techniques that will change the way you approach every aspect of your life. Here’s what one of the product reviewers, Victoria Silva (feminineliving.com), has to say about this product.

“Buz, you really get to the heart of the matter in ‘Mastering Your Power of Release.’ I felt like I had the honor and privilege of sitting on a mountaintop with a sage as I read these wonderful, practical, and simple words of wisdom. One chapter in particular rang so true for me – the chapter on Releasing Perfection. Now I see with clarity how my need for perfection has kept me stuck in so many areas of my life…but NO MORE! I released my need to be perfect after reading this chapter, and I feel like a BIG trash bag has been lifted from my once heavy shoulders. This is a MUST READ for anyone wanting to move forward in their lives.”

Just like Victoria, I think you’ll find this information to be helpful, inspirational, and life-changing. I look forward to sharing it with you.
