What’s Inside Masters of Release
In my last post, I promised a peek inside my new ebook, ‘Masters of Release.‘ I thought I’d start by sharing the table of contents. It’s been a thrill to me to put these great thinkers, coaches, and writers together into one book. Each takes a different approach to “release,” but each approach is valid and effective. Some write about “everyday” releases like self-forgiveness. Others take a more esoteric approach. And that diversity is what makes this book so powerful. There are approaches to appeal to all.

—————————————–
The book begins with Amy Scott Grant discussing ‘Fluent Communication,” a powerful tool that she uses in her coaching practice to help her clients unload heaps of disempowering beliefs. Next, Colin Joss presents a great explanation of how we can achieve our desires by “forgetting.” That’s followed by Angela Treat Lyon’s chapter, which you will just have to read to appreciate. Angela’s approach is energy-packed and effective. Susan Denham follows with a sweet and gentle chapter about rediscovering that child who lives in each of us. Dr. Joe Vitale anchors the book (that’s why I put him right in the center) and tells about discovering a Hawaiian therapist whose teaching has had an amazing effect on Dr. Vitale and, subsequently, the world. Chapter 6 presents Suzanne Burns who talks about inspiration and how it leads to product creation. Also in this chapter, she introduces the “erasure technique” of releasing and getting clear – a very dynamic and simple tool. Pat Hicks is next with a very personal, moving, and powerful story about the cathartic healing of self-forgiveness. Amanda Goldston follows and gives insight into those “curses” that seem to plague particular families through generations, and then she tells you how to eradicate these problems with generational clearing. The next chapter presents Mandy Evans, a veritable star in coaching circles. She tells a deeply personal tale about finding the strength to write her own “Personal Declaration of Independence.” This is information that you can use to write your own “Declaration.” And then my friend and mentor, Pat O’Bryan, shares his experience with “UnFraming,” the tool that began his transformation from “broke blues guitarist” to “successful internet marketer.” Wow!
I learned so much acquiring this material and putting it together, and I introduce each chapter and tell why I chose each writer and why each is special to me. This truly is information that you can use to improve your approach to life (personal and professional), quickly and easily.
In future posts, I’ll share some of that information from ‘Masters of Release‘ and from ‘The Power of Release.’ You’ll get a taste of the truths, tips, and techniques that you can use to change your life.
Happiness always,
Buz
