I grew up in a small town, and later lived in a small town for about 5 years. I do love the constant interaction with people in small towns. For the past 30 years, in a much larger town, I have discovered that the community pride is about the same, but it is different. In a larger town, you do have to seek out the opportunities for getting to know folks. I certainly admire what you are doing - making a big difference where you are.
