You Can Always Begin Again

Tonight, I had ice cream for supper.

Was I supposed to have ice cream for supper. Nope, I really wasn’t. My doctor recently told me that my cholesteral needs to drop a few points. But, that’s what I wanted, and sometimes, we just have to do what we want to do.

And, guess what – I can start over tomorrow.

Some of you may be saying, ‘that’s a cop-out’…but I don’t think it is. I think that starting over is one of the most powerful tools at our disposal. Because, let’s face facts: at times, we’re going to make wrong choices; we’re going to forget some of our own life rules: we’re going to screw-up.

But we can ALWAYS start over.

Are you accomplishing all you’d like to accomplish?
Have you mastered everything you intend to master?
Are you where you want to be?

Don’t beat yourself up. Just start over.

Tomorrow, I’ll have oatmeal for breakfast and fruit for a snack. I’ll have tuna for lunch and a salad for supper. I’ll drink my water and be sure and have lots of fiber. I’ll exercise. I’ll start over.

You can always begin again.

———————————-

If you need a little help starting over, you can find plenty from many different sources. You might want to consider ‘Mastering Your Power of Release.’ It’s the method that allows me to pursue happiness and success daily.

Be blessed!

Do They Try to Push You Around?

People who want to get ahead but can’t seem to get ahead are often stopped by fear.

They might be afraid of failure. They might be afraid of success. There are several other fears that will often stand between someone and their happiness.

Bur one of the most crippling and tenacious fears that many face is the fear of what others may think.

If you are hiding your true self because you are afraid that others may judge you or ridicule you, stop it right now. Your thoughts and beliefs are yours alone, and no one has the right to make you feel bad or wrong about the positions you hold or the things you enjoy pursuing.

Even though I have researched and mastered several simple but effective release techniques, the fear of what others think still rears it’s ugly head in my own experience.

Just last night, I was with a group of friends and one of them started to ridicule a resource that has meant a lot to me. This is a good guy but extremely conservative and would regard anything that deals with “thoughts becoming things” as “New Age” and “wacky.” I calmly said, “I own that resource,” and he dropped it.

There was a time that I would have simply kept my mouth shut while he had his say. And I certainly choose not be confrontational (because it’s his right to believe whatever he chooses to believe, too), but I will also not be made to feel foolish because I’m open-minded. I have a right to believe and explore whatever I want to, and I choose not to be afraid of ideas.

If you are getting pushed around by people who judge you and belittle your ideas, it’s time for you make a stand. It’s time for you to change your thoughts about what is and is not allowable. You don’t have to be confrontational, but you may have to be firm – firm with them, and firm enough in your convictions to do your own thing no matter what kind of pressure people bring to bear.

What’s Your Suggested Method for Clearing and Release

Many of you know that I have been working on a project about Clearing and Release for quite some time. Mastering my Power of Release has transformed my happiness and success, and I’m fascinated about techniques that others use to push through emotional and habitual blocks in their own lives.

I search the internet constantly looking for new tips and techniques. Just today I ran across sites and blog posts suggesting aromatherapy, chi gong, raw foods, and several other imaginative approaches to breaking the barriers that hold people back. Yesterday I got an email from a reader who has recently used “sound therapy combined with a type of guided imagery hypnosis for releasing the deepest of blocks.”

I know what works for me, and I’ve shared my methods with many others who have found them powerfully useful for releasing and cleaing. But I’d like to know what works for you. If you would share a comment below, that would be grand.

Happiness always,

Buz
