Ah, when I need to do "clearing", I sit quietly and listen to my inner voice. Sometimes I have music playing, sometimes not. Sometimes I have the overwhelming urge for a pencil and paper. I have a cedar chest full of little notes I've written over the years, clarifying perspectives. Sometimes a long drive in the car, sometimes a walk in the woods. I've found it's changed over the years, along with my surroundings. Every now and then a conversation with a good friend who understands.

Sometimes all it takes is reading a book that grabs my attention.

Hey Buz,

Interesting discussion topic. I personally like to use a strong combination of self hypnosis, good self talk with self relaxation by listening to specific types of classical music, visualization, neurolinguistic programming. I work on making the best of the situation whenever possible. Sometimes if you have bad feelings and need to vent, but are afraid to be judged, journaling is a good tool to use. Writing down your thoughts and feelings that are holding you back, containing you from being free - then shred them so no one else finds these feelings. Deep breathing does good as well when a person is stressed. It also appears that excercising daily can also help to reduce stress and pain.

Some work better than others, depending on the individuals themselves.

hi

The most effective way I can clear things for me is to write them out... and also spend time at the ocean.

It's great hearing from other people

Hi Buz,

Mostly because of my engineering background and training, I have always looked for "techniques" for letting go and releasing. It is only recently where I have discovered that most techniques were just another distraction for me, something else I had to go learn about, perfect, figure out, etc. I have come to find only recently that real release comes when I just do nothing. (And that's a BIG stretch for me because I have traditionally placed value on how busy I was keeping myself.) Doing nothing might be sitting in silence in the morning, or it might be going outside and laying in the grass just listening to birds. And whenever I do this, it's always much easier to hear that still small voice with some words of comfort or wisdom or inspiration. And that, man, is bliss!!!

Blessings Buz!

Hi everyone, for a long time, HeartMath has given me personally a fast way to transform emotions. I trained myself to drop into heart emotions of love, gratitude and peace fast and through choice. You can use a computer feed-back program that helps you recognize the state easily and deepen it as you learn.
Then I inwardly bow to the person or event and recognizing the you - I -us connection, the divine in me recognizing the divine in you.
For more longstanding issues, I find Kinesiology balancing the most powerful. You can access the body and discover exactly when and why you created a blockage and find the strengthening way to release it.
I include age recession, emotional processes (I find the type of Kinesiology I use, influenced greatly by "Three in One Concepts" emotional healing and ICPKP Professional trainings the most gentle and respectful way of empowering a person to reconnect with themselves and move forward), flower essences, colour, sound, meridian work, chakrawork, reconnective healing, Heartmath, herbs and much more to assist in the process.
Resetting the meridian flow of each meridians affected by an issue through making conscious emotional choices can make the difference from 0%willingness to change in positive way to 100% in anywhere from 10-45 minutes with deep and often permanent insights. It literally re-sets attitudes and the resulting emotions very powerfully.
Recently I have added the Ho’oponopono prayer to my tools and have had some wonderful shifts with it.

Hi Buz,

I love finding clearing strategies and writing about them.

I use Kriya Yoga as my first and foremost method, as taught by Self Realization Fellowship.

I recently wrote an article about ZPoint, another excellent tool that goes hand and hand with Ho'oponopono and EFT.

Great stuff!!

Love the look of your blog!!!

Blessings,

I am always looking for clearing techniques, too. The ones that seem to work best for me so far are good old EFT and meditation. Ho'oponopono from Joe Vitale's book Zero Limits works well, too (though I have always felt like the "I love you" and "thank you" parts work the best!)

In general, I just try and send out the best possible energy, be thankful for everything I have, and stay in the moment as much as I can.

Thanks for helping us remember what's really important! :)

HI
I have been doing clearing and releasing for 20 years. Currently I use several methods and I do Coaching with people that can include many different methods. I am also teaching Spirit of Money classes (http://bethespiritofmoney.com/) where we clear piles of unserving beliefs and blocks and anger around money. Boy, do we have huge issues with money and it is stunning the results people have in the classes!
We use fluency, guided imagery and meditation/hypnosis (I am a master level hypnotherapist and I find it to be one of the most effective methods for deep, unknown and sticky blocks). I also use alot of energy work in all forms, but teaching people to get out of their minds and into their energy fields allows them to become more sensitive to how they feel, where the blocks are and how to tune in to the energies they want to be feeling.
I also use EFT, myself as well as with clients, as it is simple and easy and takes away the emotion surrounding the issues and then allows other methods to step in and the person to be more clear on where they are and what they want.
I have used flower essences, aromatherapy, homeopathy and other body work and natrual healing and herbs. I have a whole arsenal, and I am guided to use whatever matches that person, or myself at the time. All the things that balance and clear the electrical system, gives a clearer energy flow and allows to more easily choose new thought patterns.
My meditation audios (Like "Reboot your inner money machine", or are activations that "Joyful Creating" clear at a cellular level and bypass the critical thinking mind in order to get to the root and install new positive supportive thought patterns.
I love to see people feel so much joy and relief when they move a big block, especially ones they do not realize they have or how deep and far reaching it is!
Thanks for the great subject!
To your clear and joyful life!

Hi Buzz,

I use lots of different techniques, depending on what's happening. Swimming always puts me in a better mood and can help to get me out of my fussing mind. The Ho'oponopono practice also is good.

I have done so many processes over the past 25 years: past-life work (which is called body work, as we store all memories of all our experiences in our cells), huna kane (ancient Hawaiian massage where one side of the body represents the mother and her ancestors and the other side represents the father and his), the healing breath from the Art of Living Foundation (very powerful way of using a breath technique called sudarshan kriya to release stored junk from our cells--highly recommended), homas (fire ceremonies where one of the enlightened beings is present, i.e Shree Maa, Amachi, Karunamayi. Their presence calls in the Divine Feminine to support one's release), and more recently, Ho'oponopono.

Each one of these practices was empowering and lightened me up considerably. Anyone can contact me if they have questions.
